Opening of Day Center for Children with special needs: Hifa Petrol donates 260,000 KM

The company Hifa Petrol d.o.o. Sarajevo is proud to have supported the construction of the Day Center for Children and Individuals with Developmental Disabilities “Denis” with a donation of 260,000 KM. This generous contribution has made it possible for the center to serve as a crucial resource, offering essential support and care to children and young people with special needs, thereby fostering a better quality of life and their integration into society.
The opening of the Day Center “Denis” in Sarajevo represents a significant advancement for the community, with Hifa Petrol highlighted as a key partner in bringing this project to life. Thanks to the company’s support, the center has been constructed to the highest standards, featuring a green certificate that guarantees environmental sustainability and energy-efficient operations. This is the first center of its kind in the Canton of Sarajevo.
“We are proud to be part of this significant project that directly assists the most vulnerable members of our community. Our donation is just one of the ways Hifa Petrol continuously contributes to the development of the local community and provides support to those in greatest need. Nearly ten years ago, we implemented a similar project in Tešanj with a donation of 250,000 KM for its construction, where we recognized the importance of such initiatives for society as a whole, especially for the parents of children with special needs,” stated Hajrudin Ahmetlić, owner of Hifa Petrol.
The Day Center “Denis” is designed for children from preschool age up to 18 years, with a specific focus on providing all-day care and additional professional support. This center will enhance the quality of life for 30 families by offering a safe and suitable environment for the care and development of their children.
As a socially responsible company, Hifa Petrol continues to support projects that promote equality, inclusion, and sustainable development, believing that every child deserves the opportunity for a quality life and community support.
