HIFA-PETROL d.o.o. Sarajevo, based on the decision of the company director, is issuing a public invitation for the submission of bids for the rental of business premises.
Company HIFA-PETROL d.o.o. Sarajevo was founded in 2005 with the opening of the first gas station, as well as the company headquarters in Vogošća. In the following years, the network of retail stores was expanded in more than 40 cities throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. Currently, HIFA-PETROL owns 57 retail outlets, with the tendency to expand further.
- Subject of the offer
The subject of the offer includes business premises related to office space, areas that can be used as hospitality facilities, as well as spaces intended for a tire repair shop or service.
- Rental of business premises – description of the premises.
The subject of the public offer for the lease of office space consists of 3 LOTS.

2.1. The specified premises are rented for a fixed period of time.
The spaces that are rented are intended for catering activities, office spaces, and vulcanization shops/services or some other activities, and are related to activities that are not in conflict with the rules of HIFA-PETROL d.o.o. Sarajevo. The sale and promotion of alcohol and alcoholic beverages, products of pig origin, as well as the trading and advertising of pornographic content and gambling are not permitted. HIFA-PETROL d.o.o. Sarajevo reserves the right to further restrict activities that are contrary to the vision, mission, and internal acts of HIFA-PETROL d.o.o. Sarajevo.
- Conditions for participation in the public invitation.
All legal entities registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina or individuals who submit an application for business registration have the right to submit bids.
4. Required documentation
If the bidder meets the conditions for participation in the public invitation, they are required to submit proof of registration and the right to perform the relevant professional activity, specifically the following documentation:
- The name and exact address of the bidder;
– Identification number of the bidder (certified copy);
– The amount of the offered rental price for the specified property in KM:
A certified copy of the ID card, if the bidder is an individual, provided that the application for business registration must be submitted within the timeframe agreed upon by the bidder and HIFA-PETROL d.o.o. Sarajevo;
– A declaration of consent for the collection and use of personal data;
– A confidentiality statement.
- Preparation of offer
1. Bidders bear all costs related to the preparation and delivery of their bids.
2. The offer must be submitted no later than September 28, 2024. until 4:00 p.m., on the Company's protocol or by mail, to the address: HIFA-PETROL d.o.o. Sarajevo, ul. Hotonj bb, 71320 Vogošća.
3. The offeror is obliged to indicate in the offer which activity he intends to engage in in the space for which he is applying.
4. The bidder submits the bid in a sealed envelope with the bidder's seal and signature, on which it will be written "Offer according to the competitive request for renting space (specify the space for which you are applying, i.e. LOT) - do not open".
- Contract award criteria.
The contract will be awarded to the bidder based on the criteria of the highest price, the number of spaces they intend to rent, the activities they will conduct in the specified premises, and a technically satisfactory offer.
2.The company reserves the right to cancel the public invitation at any stage of the bidding process and is not obligated to reimburse participants for their costs. The company also reserves the right not to select any bidders if the conditions are not met and retains the right to make discretionary decisions without being required to provide reasons for those decisions.
- Notice of Award
Bidders will be notified of the results of the contract award procedure, no later than 7 days from the date of the decision on the selection of the most favorable bidder.
