Deputy head of sector for legal affairs (m/f)

Job Description:

- Drafting contracts, settlements, agreements, and complex legal documents

- Providing legal assistance to all business segments of the Company and preparing complex legal opinions

- Monitoring legal regulations and advising on other business segments of the Company

- Representing the company before courts (in criminal, civil, and enforcement proceedings)

- Drafting and assisting in the preparation of internal documents for the company and affiliated companies

- Maintaining records related to case management and other records within the Service's domain

- Providing legal support in the preparation of contracts, procedures, permits, certificates, decisions, and other internal documents

- Providing legal support in resolving more complex labor-law issues

- Registering new branches, companies, or changes in the legal form of existing companies

- Conducting activities to collect receivables

- Participating in the resolution of property-legal relations

- Participating in the resolution of damages

- Other tasks as assigned by the manager or director

Required Qualifications: 

- University degree in Law

- At least three years of work experience in similar or related roles

- Knowledge of the English language

- Strong organizational skills, efficiency, productivity, reliability, attention to detail

- Basic knowledge of business correspondence

- Independence in performing tasks

- Developed communication and negotiation skills

- Proactivity and persistence in achieving set goals
