JOB OPENING For employment at the workplace Category manager

Duties and responsibilities:

• monitors competitiveness (assortment, prices) for comparative analysis of competition;
• takes an active part in concluding commercial contracts;
• takes care of the constant assortment and procurement of goods from its category;
• collects and processes offers for the improvement of sales projects and defines the procedure for their implementation;
• participates in defining sales plans;
• responsible for the continuity and stability of the assortment and determines the assortment in the retail store;
• defines the strategy, role and objectives of the category for which he is responsible;
• coordinates and actively manages various sales channels within the company;
• actively develops relationships with key suppliers and participates in negotiations with them;
• manages the complete process of implementing the assortment (products, prices, promotion, place) in order to achieve profitability, competitiveness and inventory control;
• prepares reports on achieved turnover results, margins, extraordinary income and inventories on a monthly basis;
• takes care of the good business reputation of the Company before the suppliers with whom it cooperates,
• continuously monitors the competition, market trends, market analyses;
• visiting branches;
• inventory work;

Required knowledge and skills:

• SSS/VSS
• at least 2 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs
• computer skills;
• strong negotiation, analytical and presentation skills;
• organizational skills, precision, reliability and teamwork;
• willingness to take responsibility;
• problem solving skills
• category B driver's license, active driver.
